  • Alpines originated in the Swiss Alps.  They were imported to the United States from France.

  • Alpines are 34 to 40 inches tall at the withers and weigh between 135 to 170 pounds.

  • The Alpine Goat is very adaptable and well suited to a variety of different climates.
